So what is TIMS ?
TIMSs has a variety of applications, such as:
Assigning costs, Carrier bill verification, Verify telephone accounts, Allocation of call costs to Cost centres, Identify Abuse and fraud detection, Traffic analysis, Stretigic planning, Measure productivity, Preparation of guest bills in the hospitality industry and so on and so on...
The software extracts information from the CSS, SMDR or the CIL ports and is processed in a series of useful reports for the customer or the business where the phone resides. Each call will show the following information.
- Extension number
- Number called
- Time of Call
- Call duration
- Trunk utilised
- Featured utilised
Given this type of information it is then possible for the TIMS system to provide the following information.
- Financial Rapports
- Traffic Rapports
- Directory
- Misc records
